Low offers to buy GCorp for RM505mil


PETALING JAYA: General Corpo Bhd’s (GCorp) major shareholder, Tan Sri Low Keng Huat, has offered to buy the assets and liabilities of the company for RM505mil, which works out to RM1.70 per share.

The offer was made using a vehicle called Consistent Record Sdn Bhd (CRSB), which is wholly-owned by the 76-year-old Low, along with his 36-year-old son Datuk Marco Low Peng Kiat, who is also an executive director of GCorp.
