Weida in talks for more water projects in Syria


KUCHING: Sarawak-based Weida (M) Bhd is in talks for more water and wastewater-related contracts in Syria where it is the turnkey contactor for an on-going RM375mil sewerage project.

Currently, talks are progressing on a proposed 50,000 cu m per day centralised industrial wastewater treatment plant, a 30,000 cu m per day water reclamation plant and more sewage treatment plants, according to Renexus Weida Sdn Bhd country manager Dr Hoh Choon Yee.
