All Asia Networks plc’s subsidiary All Asia Multimedia Networks Fz-LLC has filed a submission requesting for a civil review of Indonesia’s Supreme Court decision on a ruling by the country’s Competition Supervisory Commission.
Astro told Bursa Malaysia yesterday the commission had on Aug 29, 2008, ruled that its Indonesian unit had breached certain competition laws in relation to the management and distribution of broadcast rights to the Barclay’s Premier League in Indonesia.
