KUANTAN: Jalur Lebar Nasional Sdn Bhd (Jalenas) will roll out the country’s first open access fiber-to-the-home high-speed broadband in Kuantan by the first quarter of this year, said High Speed Broadband Technology Sdn Bhd (HSBT) chairman Datuk Mohd Sharkar Shamsuddin.
