Utusan buys publishing firm

KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Utusan (M) Bhd, via unit Juasa Holdings Sdn Bhd, has acquired the entire equity of publishing company Arah Pendidikan Sdn Bhd.

Group executive director Mohd Nasir Ali said the acquisition would enable the country’s oldest Malay newspaper to strengthen its position in the publishing industry. — Bernama
