GEORGE TOWN: Penang’s RM250mil Rice Miller Weld Quay mixed development project is set to kick off next year after receiving the go-ahead from local authorities on Dec 1.
Asian Global Business chief executive officer Noraini Abdullah told a press conference that old buildings surrounding the project would be redeveloped and reused, as the group aimed to conserve George Town’s traditional buildings.
