KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia has publicly reprimanded Golden Plus Holdings Bhd (GPlus) and its directors for breaching listing requirements.
The company is involved in developing residential and commercial properties.
Bursa said in a statement it had also imposed penalties on the directors in respect of the delay in the submission of the company’s annual audited accounts and annual report for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2007, as well as the quarterly report for the financial period ended March 31, 2008.
Four GPlus directors – Datuk Abdul Halim Datuk Abdul Rauf, Goh Sin Tien, Datuk Jeyaraj Ratnaswamy and Yeoh Hor San – were fined RM17,2000 each.
Two others, Low Thiam Hoe and Tan Sri Lamin Haji Mohd Yunus, were fined RM43,000 and RM8,600 respectively. — Bernama
