Five GBH directors resign


PETALING JAYA: Goh Ban Huat Bhd (GBH), now under the control of Tan Sri Robert Tan Hua Choon, its single largest shareholder, yesterday announced the resignation of five directors.

In filings with Bursa Malaysia, GBH said Yap Koon, Datuk Dr Mohd Yusof Mohamed, Mohamed Amin Mohamed, Datuk Mohd Sarit Yusoh and W Shalihudin W Ibrahim resigned as independent and non-executive directors.
