KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia is seeing signs of improvement that may translate to a fourth-quarter positive growth.
Bank Negara Governor Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz said early numbers show clear signs of improvement but it was too early to tell which quarter the country would return to positive growth.
