PETALING JAYA: Trading in Golden Plus Holdings Bhd shares will be suspended on Monday until further notice as the company has failed to submit its annual audited accounts for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2008 (FY08) to Bursa Malaysia.
The submission was due on April 30.
The company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that it was unable to issue its audited accounts for FY08 on or before the suspension deadline.
“The external auditors are still in the process of finalising the group’s audited statements for FY08,” it said.
