KPJ, Pasdec plans hospital JV in Kuantan


KUALA LUMPUR: KPJ Healthcare Bhd and Pasdec Holdings Bhd has proposed to set up a 70:30 joint-venture company (JVC) to develop a private hospital in Kuantan, Pahang.

The JVC would have an initial authorised share capital of RM25mil, the companies told Bursa Malaysia in separate statements July 20.

Pasdec will dispose of a 3.12-acre land for RM3.76mil to the JVC in return for shares while KPJ will buy RM8.76mil worth of shares in the JVC for cash.
