KUALA LUMPUR: Shares on Bursa Malaysia traded sideways on lack of strong fresh leads from Wall Street, which was closed last Friday due to Independence Day and Malaysia's release of weaker-than-expected exports figures.
A Bloomberg report said major Asian bourses were down in tandem with lower commodities prices and shipping rates.
