KUALA LUMPUR: Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Bhd (BCHB) will emerge as the stock with the largest weightage on Bursa Malaysia once a set of new indices replaces the current KL Composite Index (KLCI).
Finance stocks, in terms of weightings, will be the biggest beneficiary in the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI), which will replace the KLCI on July 6, followed by power stocks and gaming counters, said CIMB Research in a report yesterday.
