THESE are not quite bedtime reading, but the five guidelines released yesterday by Securities Commission (SC) and the listing requirements for Bursa Malaysia’s brand new Main Market and ACE Market, should be on the must-read lists of stock market players.
Except for the guidelines on structured warrants (which came into effect immediately), the new rules will be applicable from Aug 3.
