KUALA LUMPUR: The KLCI reversed earlier gains to close 7.19 points lower at 1,002.17 at midday as investors chose to take profit after two days of consecutive gains.
Analysts cautioned that investors could be spooked by the impending results of stress tests on US banks to be released to the public on May 7.
