KLM sees 20% rise in passenger capacity

SEPANG: KLM Royal Dutch Airlines expects a 20% increase in passenger capacity with the launch of a new fleet of Boeing 777 aircraft for its Amsterdam-Kuala Lumpur-Jakarta route.

“With the 777 fleet, we are increasing capacity between Europe and Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta, while providing our passengers with even more value for money,” country manager Estee Ng told reporters yesterday after the landing of KLM’s inaugural flight of 777-300ER aircraft at the KL International Airport yesterday.
