KUALA LUMPUR: It is time Kuala Lumpur (KL) comes under a single governing authority to oversee the masterplanning and project implementation for the capital city.
Participants at a roundtable to present the views deliberated at the two-day international conference on “World Class Sustainable Cities 2009” (WCSC 2009) yesterday were in unison in stating that such an authority will ensure more holistic coordination to turn KL into a world-class sustainable city.
