SHANGHAI, China (AP) - China's consumer price index, its main inflation benchmark, fell to minus 1.6 percent in February, the National Statistics Bureau reported Tuesday.
A 1.9 percent decline in food prices, a major component of the index, helped to bring the index below zero, it said.
