THE view was simply breath-taking – but it took a long struggle to get there! And the air was refreshing despite the late morning humidity.
Actually, I hadn’t known what to expect when I dragged my wife and baby for a hike in the Forest Reserve Institute of Malaysia (FRIM). Except perhaps that I would get to walk amongst the canopy of large old trees, catch a glimpse of some wildlife if I am lucky, and have a great view of Kuala Lumpur if the skyline was clear.
