Stimulus plan should look at public transport

AS growth rates around the world tumble and economic data gets worse with each passing day, the stimulus package the Government will unveil in a few days carries with it its own burden.

It’s being billed as the package to stabilise growth and given the amount of money people are saying that will be spent, the stimulus plan might equal the size of a developmental budget of an ordinary budget that is tabled in the third quarter.
