GUANGZHOU, China (AP) - A major U.S. business group said a survey of its members shows the companies plan to invest 60 percent less this year in southern China.
The announcement Tuesday from the American Chamber of Commerce in South China is bad news for the region, already reeling from the global financial crisis.
