FOR the first time since Second World War, the International Monetary Fund is now expecting growth in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to turn negative in 2009.
Amid the poor global economic data and overall negative economic cues for 2009, some fund managers are beginning to feel more upbeat, while opining that bad news will get less bad.
