DiGi, Tanjong lift KLCI


KUALA LUMPUR: The local stock market recorded one of its biggest gains in recent days, led by DiGi and Tanjong in the morning session on Tuesday as investors’ sentiment perked up following the firmer regional markets.

At 12.30pm, the KLCI was up 10.27 points or 1.23% to 848.55. Turnover was 308.8 million shares valued at RM439.47mil. There were 242 gainers, 126 losers while 143 stocks were unchanged.
