IPOH: Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim told Perak civil servants to prepare themselves for an economic downturn.
In his inaugural address at the state’s bi-monthly executive talk at the State Secretariat building here on Monday, Anwar said civil servants they need to keep working hard to strengthen themselves for the future.
