KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) still incurs high operational costs despite lower coal and fuel prices in the world market, says president and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh.
World oil prices have plummeted to below US$90 a barrel from US$140 while coal has slid to US$120 from US$150 a tonne.
