ALOR STAR: The Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Ministry is looking into setting up a Kedah/ Perlis Padi and Rice Consultative Council to address problems faced by farmers and millers.
Its minister Datuk Mustapa Mohamed said it was a good idea to set up such a council as it would provide a platform for the ministry to check the root cause of problems.
