Ramunia’s petition against ONCG dismissed

KUALA LUMPUR: Ramunia Holdings Bhd suffered a setback in its petition to order Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) to award an oil contract to its unit, Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd (RFSB).

In a statement on Thursday, Ramunia said the New Delhi High Court had dismissed its writ of petition to challenge ONCG’s rejection of a bid submitted by RFSB for a field development project.
