KUALA LUMPUR: Crude palm oil (CPO) third-month futures rebounded in the morning session on Thursday, reviving some interest in some plantation stocks but the overall mood was still lacklustre, as reflected in the thin volume and the counters traded.
At 12.30pm, the KL Composite Index had risen 2.87 points to 1,076.08. Turnover was 142.58 million shares valued at RM241.43mil. There were 157 gainers, 209 losers while 195 counters were unchanged.
