KUALA LUMPUR: Asian markets fell in the morning session Tuesday, with Hong Kong’s the worst hit, on worries about the impact of the credit market losses while the local stock market was also not spared.
At 12.30pm, the KLCI was down 4.66 points to 1,139.34. Turnover was 177.33 million shares valued at RM526mil. There were 126 gainers, 299 losers while 167 counters were unchanged.
