BERLIN (AP) - Air Berlin PLC says it is calling off its planned takeover of airline Condor, blaming the high cost of jet fuel among other factors.
The Berlin-based airline, Germany's second-biggest, said Friday in a statement that it had notified the country's Federal Cartel Office about the decision.
