KUALA LUMPUR: The market rose in early trade Monday, with some nibbling seen in oversold stocks including Gamuda and TM International but sentiment was somewhat cautious after the sell-off last week due to political concerns.
At 9.30am, the KL Composite Index was up 1.62 points to 1,135.76. Turnover was 33.45 million shares valued at RM52.78mil. There were 85 gainers, 88 losers and 91 counters unchanged.
