KUALA LUMPUR: VADS Bhd has secured a three-year contract from its Telekom Malaysia Bhd
worth RM143.68mil to provide its services relating to all Streamyx and non-Streamyx phone and non-voice duties.
VADS said Wednesday that its unit VADS e-Services Sdn Bhd (VeS) had signed a professional services agreement with TM, which owns 63.37% of VADS, to provide professional services in relation to TM’s customer interaction centre
