HIGH energy and food prices globally have resulted in a more cautious outlook for Taiwan's economic growth this year, said economists.
The country's gross domestic product (GDP) grew 5.7% last year – said to be beyond expectations of the government and many research institutes – boosted by the manufacturing sector and exports.
