THE shares were heavily sold down on concerns that its Yenso property development project was at risk due to the moderation in the Vietnamese economy. Aseambankers believes the selling was “overdone” as the share price has fallen below its revised net asset value of RM3.00. “We see value in the LDP (Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong) toll concession, while SPLASH (Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Sdn Bhd) could bring sizeable returns to Gamuda's shareholders,” it said.
