KUALA LUMPUR: The main Asian markets fell in early trade while oil continued to extend its gains to a fresh record high of US$126.61 but at Bursa Malaysia, some mild buying of DiGi and Maybank lifted the KL Composite Index.
At 10am, the KLCI was up 6.54 points to 1,286.89. Turnover was relatively thin with only 112.5 million shares done worth 151.42mil.
