Edexcel tie-up a boost for Scicom training programme

KUALA LUMPUR: Scicom (MSC) Bhd's education arm, Scicom Academy Sdn Bhd, plans to train thousands of professionals following the tie-up with Edexcel to jointly offer the world's first contact centre education programme.

Scicom chief executive officer Leo Ariyanayakam said the group had formed affiliations in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and Saudi Arabia and would roll out the programme in these countries within six months.
