PETALING JAYA: Trading volume on Bursa Malaysia is expected to remain low in the second quarter as investors continue to stay on the sidelines in the absence of major leads, and amid domestic political uncertainties and recession fears in the United States, analysts said.
Yesterday, trading volume fell to 428.85 million shares valued at RM859.21mil. This was the lowest volume in more than two weeks.
