PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Government bond yields are rising, which indicate foreign portfolio funds are selling out of the fixed-income market.
Aseambankers head of fixed-income research Tan Chee Wee said the yields on Malaysian Government Securities (MGS) and Bank Negara's short-term notes had gone up although the yields on private debt securities (PDS) were holding steady.
