Cepco’s EGM to ratify InchKen shares deals under query


PETALING JAYA: The Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group (MSWG) has urged Concrete Engineering Products Bhd (Cepco) shareholders to attend the March 27 EGM to query the board over the acquisition and sale of Inch Kenneth Kajang plc (InchKen) shares from 2005 to 2007. 

MSWG chief executive officer Abdul Wahab Jaafar Sidek said Tuesday that Cepco’s EGM was to seek shareholders’ approval to ratify the acquisition and disposal of the InchKen shares.
