Consolidation to strengthen balance sheet of Kumpulan Perangsang


Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd's (KPS) balance sheet is expected to strengthen further when the water supply and distribution entities in Selangor are consolidated.

KPS' parent, Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Bhd (KDEB), has been awarded the Langat 2 project for construction, operation and maintenance works, and will also take the lead in the consolidation process.
