Teh: Delays could cost GPlus RM40mil

HONG KONG: Weeks after a war of words broke out among Golden Plus Holdings Bhd (GPlus) shareholders over The Royal Gardens project, Teh Soon Seng, the man who oversees the project in Shanghai, broke his silence with a warning that the company could potentially lose up to RM40mil in damages in six months if the battle for control of GPlus board is prolonged. 

“We have already received notices from our contractors demanding payment because of the ex-parte injunction obtained by Indian Corridor Sdn Bhd.
