PETALING JAYA: A High Court hearing of a suit filed by Pembangunan Qualicare Sdn Bhd (PQ) against Golden Plus Holdings Bhd (GPlus) and several of its directors scheduled for today looks likely to be adjourned as the summons has yet to be served on all the defendants named.
“We are still in the process of serving the notice and will be requesting an adjournment to next week for the hearing of the suit,” PQ’s legal counsel Gideon Tan told StarBiz.
