PETALING JAYA: The entire board of Golden Plus Holdings Bhd (GPlus) has defended its action in safeguarding the interests of the company despite allegations by new major shareholder Indian Corridor Sdn Bhd that it had not obtained a good rate of return from its China investment.
The board, represented by chairman Datuk Abdul Halim Abdul Rauf and legal counsel Datuk Krishna Kumar, told StarBiz that “whatever we have done is above board and the new shareholders can check all GPlus books.”
