SHANGHAI (AP) - PetroChina, China's biggest oil and gas producer, was due to begin consultations Monday on pricing for an initial public offering in Shanghai expected to raise more than US$9 billion, possibly setting another record for a mainland bourse.
The company said late Sunday that its up to 4 billion Shanghai shares are due to begin trading Nov. 5.
