MUMBAI: Larsen & Toubro Ltd, India’s biggest engineering company, said it will buy the switchgear unit of Tamco Corp Holdings Bhd for US$108mil (RM367mil), part of a plan to expand in Asia.
The purchase will include taking over Tamco Shanghai Switchgear Co, Tamco Electrical Industries Australia Pty and PT Tamco Indonesia, Mumbai-based Larsen & Toubro said.
