Indian Overseas Bank to turn KL office to branch


NEW DELHI: The Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) plans to upgrade its existing representative office in Kuala Lumpur to a full-fledged branch to serve the increasing two-way Indian-Malaysia trade in both countries. 

After almost a 34-year gap, IOB is making another foray into the Malaysian banking sector aiming to corner the growing bilateral businesses.
