LONDON (AP) - European stocks ended mixed Thursday as both the European Central Bank and Bank of England erred on the side of caution and kept their key interest rates unchanged.
The U.K.'s FTSE-100 Share Index climbed 0.2 percent to 6,547.90, while France's CAC-40 Index edged down 0.03 percent 5,804.39.
