IT is rare to be able to interview the chairman of a publishing company celebrating its 200th year in business with a notable plus.
And the plus is that the chairman of John Wiley & Sons, Peter Booth Wiley, has continued the unbroken presence of the Wiley family in the company: Peter is a sixth generation family member to be involved in Wiley. Born in 1942, he joined the board in 1984 and succeeded his brother, Bradford Wiley II, as chairman in 2002.
