KUALA LUMPUR: Visitors to the Malaysian Association of Travel and Tour Agents (Matta) travel fair next month will be offered insurance to protect them against possible abscondment or insolvency of travel agents from whom they purchase tickets.
Matta fair organising deputy chairman Joseph Xavier said all exhibitors had been told to inform visitors about their Medi Evac insurance scheme although it was up to the travellers to purchase them.
