Gamuda in mixed development near Hanoi

HANOI: Gamuda Bhd has signed an agreement with the Hanoi People’s Committee to transform a site south of the city into a residential and commercial hub and an international park. 

Group managing director Datuk Lin Yun Ling said in exchange for development rights on the 500-acre site, Gamuda would invest RM1.5bil to design and build Vietnam’s largest modern sewerage treatment system capable of treating half of Hanoi’s wastewater and build a world-class public park.
